COVID-19

My Dear Client,

2020 has been one for the record books, that's for sure.  "Normal" will be a new way of being, as we cannot return to pre-COVID-19 social states...yet...  Although we cannot guarantee anyone's health, every effort is being made to maintain a healthy environment for all who enter our establishment. With that said there have been a few changes that I feel we must discuss:

1) All clients are required to wear face masks while in the office- whether or not you are vaccinated.  We have developed a method of draping to accommodate client's ease of breathing while lying face down within the face cradle on the table. Your therapist will review this with you before your session.

2) Therapists will be using face masks (and shields- if you have not been vaccinated) during sessions and will not be working on hands and faces until this crisis has passed.

3) As our windows, unfortunately, do not open, We have added an Air Purifier to the office.  This Airfree Onyx 3000 heats the air to over 450 degrees killing viruses, bacteria, mold spores etc.  You will find the Onyx in the main room.  We will be keeping both the outer wall heater/ac unit and the massage room fan on in order to provide adequate air flow.

4) We will be booking appointments with an hour in between.  This will allow for enough time to disinfect the office along with dissipating the cleaner smells in between each client.

We use a Bleach/Water solution as recommended by the CDC and WHO to clean.  We also utilize Lysol disinfectant sprays on soft surfaces where needed.  For our complete list of areas we clean between each client as well as times last cleaned, please consult your therapist.

5) As always, linens are changed between each client.  This now includes the Therapist's mask and scrubs.

6) Series sessions, Packages, Birthdays and Referrals have now available once again!!  Finally!!!!

7) Hours have changed just a touch.  The last one hour appointment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will now be at 5pm, the last 1.5 hr will be at 4:30pm. I know this is a pain but with all the new sanitizing protocols I need time to clean before leaving.  For those of you who work until 5pm, let's talk- I may be able to adjust a bit depending on where you are and how from the office is your work.  Thank you for understanding.

We request all clients keep us updated on your health condition.  If you have, have had or have been near someone who has COVID-19, we humbling request you wait on having a massage or full bodywork session.  As the researchers are continuing to find more and more with how this virus affects the human body, this is a very fluid situation and is being evaluated continuously (check back often for new updates for those exposed).  We are offering distance healing sessions to those who have been exposed.
